Healthcare
Software that keeps every facility's compliance records straight — without adding to your IT load
Built for: Multi-Facility Training and Compliance Systems Administrators
Multi-facility health systems don't run on one clean data source. Employee records live in one system, training and certification live in another, and the connective tissue between them is exactly where things quietly go wrong — a hire date that doesn't match, a status change that doesn't sync, a license that lapses without anyone noticing until an audit asks. BuildCompliantApps builds the systems that hold that connective tissue together: integrations that reflect reality, records your team can actually trust, and a rollout pattern that scales across every facility — built fast, and built without compromising the integrity of your data.
The Challenge
Your organization isn't one system — it's many, that all have to work as one
A multi-facility health system means multiple locations, each with its own staff and quirks, all needing to report up through the same compliance picture. What works cleanly at one facility often breaks at another.
Your training system is only as good as the HR data feeding it
Hire dates, employment status, leave of absence, terminations — this data arrives messy or incomplete, and every gap becomes a downstream problem: the wrong assignment, a status that never updates, good data silently overwritten by a blank one.
License currency isn't optional — it's what an audit asks for
Knowing a clinician's professional license is current, and proving it on demand, is a real compliance requirement, not a nice-to-have. Without a system built for it, that's manual tracking against a moving target.
Security expectations are real, and they're not negotiable
Any vendor touching your systems needs to meet a real bar: controlled access, logged sessions, a formal approval process before anyone connects — an actual operational requirement your IT team enforces.
How We Help
Multi-facility rollout, done repeatably
We build a setup pattern once and apply it facility by facility — consistent configuration, without re-inventing the process, or the risk, every time a new location comes online.
HR-to-training system integration that reflects reality
We handle the messy parts: fallback logic when a data field is missing, protection against good data being overwritten, and accurate status tracking that flows through correctly instead of breaking downstream reports.
License and credential tracking built into the record
We extend your existing systems to track license type, number, and expiration — and surface that information where it actually needs to appear, including on the completion record itself.
Security built to the standard your organization already requires
Controlled, logged access; a formal approval path before any integration work begins; built to operate inside your existing security posture, not around it.
Data integrity, not just data movement
Fixing the small things that cause big problems downstream — inconsistent formatting, duplicate records, a sync process that's slow or unreliable — so the numbers your reports show are numbers you can trust.
Proven in the Field
This isn't theoretical. We've maintained the training and compliance systems for a multi-facility, nonprofit health system for close to six years — spanning eight hospital and business-unit locations across California, under a real vendor security policy requiring controlled access and logged sessions for every connection.
The work included integrating the health system's HR data feed with its training platform — correcting inconsistent hire-date and employment-status data, protecting existing records from being overwritten by incomplete feeds, and improving a nightly sync process that had become slow and unreliable. Building on that same integration, we added professional license tracking: extracting license type, number, and expiration date, and embedding that information directly into each facility's completion certificates — deployed consistently across every location in the system after their own review and approval.
