In practice
360 feedback reports
Grow Strong Leaders' 360 feedback reports came out of an aging desktop application and were dated and hard to read. We moved the platform online with modern, automated report generation, and AI-powered analysis of each participant's results is now being completed.

License-aware training certificates
For a multi-facility nonprofit health system, we built custom course-completion certificates that pull each employee's current professional license details (type, number, and expiration date) from the HR system's data feed, rolled out across the system's facilities.
We also built multi-department reporting for supervisors, so each one could run reports across all of their departments with their own login instead of juggling a separate account for each department.
Commerce, events, and campus reporting
We've also built custom ecommerce reports, event registration badges, and custom dashboards for individual college administrators, each shaped around what the people using it needed to see.
